Feast of Food and Drink by Jo Richardson

Jo Richardson is the wonderful editor who has worked on most of my books, her attention to detail is amazing so I was really pleased to see her own creation "The Isle of WIght Feast of Food and Drink" !
This is a lovely book of recipes with fabulous photography that Jo has put so much hard work in to. Although I have never met Jo as we have corresponded by email for 15 years, I feel that I know Jo and the Isle of Wight through this book and will be baking a few cakes following the delicious recipes.
