Side Coil Flowers

Quilled flowers using teardrop shapes are the basic of most quillers flowers, they are always pretty and show the technique well. In this months edition of Crafts Beautiful magazine I place some coils on their side, for an unusual effect. The flowers are transformed with this simple change and I will do more of this in 2016!
