My quilled cocktail umbrellas are featured in this months Crafts Beautiful magazine out now on pages 24 and 25. Hopefully the umbrellas are to shade drinks from the sun not the deluge of rain here in the UK this week!
For the base of the umbrella I used a purchased cocktail paper umbrella, took the top paper off and then added quilling. Instructions on how to make this are in the magazine.
